97 Sierra Bad Bog..

I finally got my truck running after it sat all winter. I ended up changing the crank sensor, dist. cap, rotor and plugs to get it to start. I had to dump some fuel down the intake to get it to fire at first, it coughed and surged for a bit until it burned all the excess fuel now it seems to run fine except for a bog at around 3000rpm. I took it out for a spin after it idled for about 15 mins and it was driving fine but when I stepped on it, it would bog right out at about 3000rpm. I came home and parked in the driveway and it revved a little higher but not much. Could the injectors maybe be dirty from sitting all winter? It ran just fine until the fuel pump quit last fall and put 2 in it in a matter of a couple weeks then it died for good until I changed that crank position sensor. Now I got this bad bog. Any ideas?
