Rear Door Panel Rattle

Does anyone have this when they turn their music up? The bass makes them rattle a lot, and I checked the upper panel and it's fairly loose, I've checked other trucks and they're the same. If anyone else had this problem does anyone know a solution? I thought about using dynomat, didn't know if anyones tried that

that's funny , I had to p/u my truck from the dealer today after getting the driveshaft replace today and we where talking about this. they are going to look into this the next time my truck goes in.

Well mine goes in tomorrow for oil change I'll have them look at it but figured theyd prob just take it apart and make it worse

I have put Velcro strips on the back of the pop up door lock so they don't rattle. Added Dynomat to the door frame and speaker adapter plates. Also added double side tape to the top of the door panel so it doesn't rub the door frame.

Thanks man, I'll probably try doing this I really dont want them tearing my truck apart I can see that making it worse. I'm assuming yours doesnt rattle now?

It has fixed most of the rattles. Look at my garage for pictures of the dynomat.

mine started yesterday. it disgusts me that a 2010 already rattles and I haven't even put my tires on yet and no sub's. and sharp truck by the way nadielite. I was in memphis today

My 09 has rattled since day one just in other places, this just annoys me the most now. And I really wanted a sub but can't imagine what else will rattle with one...but thanks nadie I'm sure I'll be doing that soon

My Driver door did the same thing, I took the panel off and added a little duct tape to the plastic clips so the didn't move in the panel and I added some duct tape on the door panel where it would touch the door. That fixed the rattle for me. If I was upgrading my sound system I would use something like dynomat but for the stock stuff I just wanted the rattle gone.
