Tpms Install On New Wheels

I currently have the tpms on my avalanche. I am clueless about the sensors. Can they be changed from the original wheels to a new set of wheels, or do you have to purchase new sensors? Thanks for the info!

no all you need is new valve stems gm p#15263240 but check with dealer to make sure of the part #'s

and any tire shop is able to do the swap
