Instrument Cluster Malfunction After Car Wash

I washed my truck yesterday (in the manual bay) and as I was driving home I noticed that a) my speedo and tach weren't working, b) my TPMS wasn't reading anything c) my transmission gear indicator wasn't showing up, and d) the seatbelt and airbag lights were flashing.

 

Everything else was working fine (stereo, lights, auxiliary gauges, etc.). This is the first time something like this has happened. I wasn't doing anything crazy (no underhood washing, etc.), just a regular wash with a quick blast under the rocker panels. Did some water get somewhere it shouldn't have? Any ideas?

Sorry, should have mentioned that it's a 2007 NBS Silverado Crew Cab LTZ.
