I know it's been over a month since the last reply but I only became a member 3 days ago.

 

If your still looking for a good system, I have 4 camera's around the exterior of my house. It's by Uniden and is wireless. Yes you have to have power to the cameras and yes you have to have power to the monitors but at least they are not hardwired to each other and I can move the camera's any time I want.

 

I can set it up to be monitored using the 5x7 colour monitors or can view it on my computer. I can set each one to record all the time or only on any movement which I can determine the radius or I can just monitor them.

 

The only problem I have with them (if it's not winter) is the freaking spiders like building their webs all over them because there is two small red and green LED lights on the front of the cameras (for the infrared at night). I just have to keep spraying 'Spider Blaster' spray on them.
