Brake Noise And Hard Pedal

i have a 2000 silverado 1500 with 190,000 km on it,4.8lt motor rwd. it has 4 wheel disc brakes, just replaced brake lines, bleed all the lines and the abs mod.replaced all pads front and back, new rotors on front and a new calibar on drivers backside.

the brakes work better then they had in a long while.

but after driving and several stops the brakes makes a grinding noise and the pedal is almost impossible to hold down to stop the truck.this was also hapening before i replaced all lines.
