Tow Package 95 Sonoma

so right now i have the whole rear end of my truck ripped a apart and found all the wiring for the towing package. that apparently got messed up when the owner before me slapped on a dollar store roll pan. anyways my question is doesnt the towing package come with air struts in the back? i have a 2003 2wd s10 with the package and it has a bleed underneath the tailgate on bumper almost. for some reason on my 95 i haven't seen one then again its been dark everytime i try to get under it. mind you this is on a 95 i cannot seem to find any useful information on it if anyone has anything help is greatly needed
