Service Tpms & Keyless Entry Inop

Thursday morning I started my truck and my TPMS light was flashing, Service TPMS message displayed and my keyless entry doesn't operate. Checked my tire pressures, good there. I learn that the TPMS and Keyless entry use the same control module on the left rear pillar, checked connections there no issues. Continued to the fuse box, good as well. Also will not let me do the TPMS relearn procedure or keyless entry remote learn procedure.

 

Has anyone had this happen to them before?

Yes.

 

Yes, when there is JUST a tpm fault and NOT a rke fault.

 

Yes, when the rcdlr is not working correctly.

 

9 for 10, You need a new rcdlr.

Thank you for the help, I figure that was the case it was the only common between the two besides the fuse.

damn it i have the same problem but its intermitent. itll work one hr then not another. remote entry that is and some nights on the way home it gives up on the tpms sensors too
