Complete Door Replacement

Can I replace the entire door by pulling the hinge pins? My whole door is a goner...the panel, there is just a hole outside, there is a dent so my window only goes down 3 inches, some guts missing, the mirror is gone, the handel on the inside and it doesnt open I have been using passenger side door...I just figured it would be easier and cheaper.... Thanx I live in dfw any ideas what one might cost from a salvage yard?
