Adding Factory Remote Locks & Cruise On Silverado 2011 Wt

Two part question I haven't been able to get a good answer for:

 

 

• Can factory remote locks be added to a 2011 Silverado WT (LT) that has power locks & windows?
  
• Can factory cruise control be added?
  

If the answer is "yes" it would be awesome to get the part numbers that are needed and maybe even some instruction. If the answer is "no" I understand. but would like a specific reply why it's not possible or feasible to do so.
