Ok here we go

I have a 2000 tahoe it had proublums starting when warm so i put in a new fuel pressure regulator. Now it starts fine but after a short time running I get a vibration noise at the new regulator and sounds like the fuel pump is straining also funny if I unhook the vacume line to fpr, vibration stops. I have put in a new fuel pump about 6 months ago it had just stopped working. new fuel filter and plugs
