An Easy Tire Question

It's getting close to Tire-Changing time and I want to go up in size over the stock 265/65R18 to a 265/70R18 (I'll be using the stock wheels). The new tire would be a little under 1" larger in diameter, and the same width. Has anyone had any problems (clearance or anything) going up in size a little? I would rather not have to modify the suspension.

Any input will be appreciated. I humbly seek the wisdom of the assembled forum.

Hate to say won't have a problem but It shouldn't be a problem fitting that size. Every truck is a hair different. Worse case would be you'd need to add a 2" RC leveling kit which doesn't really modify the suspension but rather raises it 1-1/8" over stock giving the body a full 2" of lift for a little more clearance. I've ran it on both my 07 and my 11 without issue.

I went up to 275/65/18 which increased diameter by about 1/2" and a little in width with no problems but going to 265/70 is about an inch bigger so don't know for sure.

I had been running 265/70/18 tires without a leveling kit without any clearance issues. That tire size is fine at stock height. I just recently installed a 2"leveling kit and ran the 265's until they were wore out and put 275/70/18s on yesterday. Was thinking about the 285/65s but the price difference was was about $100 bucks more and the tires were not as tall as the 275/70s so thats just a bit of preference. As a matter of fact my 07 below has the 265's on it then. I haven't updated pic yet.
