suburban light gate won't lock

i have a 2001 suburban with the lift gate and lift glass. the gate will not lock with the key fob or the power door lock switch and the lift glass will not open.. is this a blown fuse, relay or is the accuator need adjusting/replacing.

could be a fuse,RCDLR ,BCM,open circuit from rubbed wire and probably 5 other things ,

 

take it in ,not for a DIYer
