94 gmc k1500 z71 transmission issues

Hey so i have a 1994 gmc k1500 z71 and im have transmission issues and im wondering if i need a rebuild or what i need to check into.

So here is the story in may of 2010 i put my truck in a hole filled with water and it sat over night and it ran fine for months i never thought nothing about it and all of a sudden my od went out then a week later 2nd disappeared and i had to let off the gas to shift into 3rd well in lack of money i still drove it (yes i no stupid mistake) but finally one day home from my new job it didnt want to shift into 3rd after i let off the gas and my speedometer was messing up throughout the months it would seem to lag out and my abs light would come on and the cel would come on time to time but when i was down to just 1st and 3rd i think the speedo would work sometimes and sometimes it would but now with just 1 fwd gear left speedo doesnt work at all so if anyone has any tips to do or sensors parts to replace or if i need a rebuild i would like to hear all options.

trans is shot.find another one too much for rebuild.
