Alrighty, Has anyone had any experience with Vemon 400? Ive been looking at it and it seems pretty cool. What about pulley sets do they work? Also Shorty headers are best for low-end torque. Am I correct? thanks

Im not sure on the venom 400, but shorty headers are not worth the money for the minimal gain in hp. You want to find some nice long tube headers like TOG'S, they are expensive but it will give you alot more low end torque than the shorties, not to mention a lot more hp too.

I wouldn't spend money again on a computer chip... I don't see spending $500.00 for a chip and seeing maybe some real life increase below 3,000rpm.  I think most of that is just a placebo anyways not to mention s*%tty gas mileage.  If I wanted power out of my truck I would drop a Cam in it and help it breath better with intake and exhaust.  This will make a noticable difference but for all that you could also consider a blower...

There is a guy over on ZR2.com who had the Venom reprogrammer and seemed to like it a lot.  I would try to link you to the thread where he was talking about it, but the ZR2.com site is down this week-end to honor a member's wife who died yesterday.

I'll try to revisit this thread Monday and include the link I mentioned above.

Also, I have the JBA shorties on my ZR2 but will probably go with long-tube headers on my Sierra.
