2010 chevrolet silverado idle rough needle jumps up and down and jerks

Hi all,

WEll I have been noticing for the past month and a half my truck has been almost dying on cold start up from when I first turn the key over then the engine kicks up. Then after it idles down I notice it is running rough needle bounces up and down constantly like there is a hesitation I also notice and feel the truck running rough with the cruise on and needle jumps while driving down the road just normal driving. I put a cold air on about two months ago kit said take off negative terminal for an hour to reset ecu to get the motor to learn the new cold air so I did that when I put that on. Well few weeks after puting it on through a cel and stayed on for three days then went off then came back on next day. Thought that the mafs needed reset so I took off the negative for an hour and hooked it backup an cel went off. Well talked to my buddy today who is a certified tech about my problem and told him about cold air and he said that shouldn't be the problem. He said do a full ecu reset take both negative and positive terminals off battery and let sit over night. WEll I just got everything hooked back up and started truck up it idled like crap. I got out of the truck and walked around and heard a sucking noise of somesort checked all my hoses andclamps and everything is tight and still heard it. Went under the truck by the tranny and heard it clear as day. I don't know if its a vAc leak to the tranny or what. I also found a hose with a filter on it. TRaced it back to the evac box didn't know if that was full or not or if my fuel pump is surging or what. ALso I have noticed tonight that there is a lot of moister coming out of the exhaust like puddles worth and noticed sticking my hand by the exhaust tip your hand is covered in seconds by moister. If anyone knows what this could be please help kinda want to get this fixed tired of thejerking fixed and poor idle. Thanks all...
