$75 ---- Ext Cab 6'6" (2) Side rails only with mounting hardware and (4) tie down hooks. No front rail

OK, here's the deal:

I bought what I thought was a complete Cargo Management System for my 07 Chevy Silverado EC/SB pickup.

I got this through Craigslist (out of state) and the description in the ad included the correct part number for my vehicle (GM 19158717) which is for the 5'8" bed which I have.

When I received the unit, it was missing the front rail and hardware. I immediately noticed that the rails were too long for my bed. They were for the standard extended cab 6'6" bed (GM 19158718). I contacted the seller, but he isn't being accountable to the error in his ad, doesn't want them back and now I am stuck with them.

So to cut my losses, I am offering these rails and all hardware for both side rails for: $75 + S/H.

I live outside Chicago so pickup is available and perferable. I will ship for actual cost only to lower 48.

The side rail part number on both units is: 25839837.

This is a good cheap way to get 2/3 of the cargo management system as long as you don't mind not having the front rail. Otherwise it will work just fine. The rails alone are $180 ea from GM, not including the hardware or shipping

No. The mounting flanges are press fitted to the rail and do not line up. If I could have removed/moved the flanges I could have cut them, drilled new holes, but it is not worth the hassle. I just bit the bullet and ordered the correct one, even though I paid a lot more.

OK, Lets try this approach:

(6) sets of GM Cargo Management Rail mounting hardware (includes carrier, toggle nut and bolt ): $35 +S/H

(4) GM Cargo Management Sliding hooks: $40 + S/H

Bonus: Buy all the above parts and I will throw in (2) 6' 6" CMS side rails for FREE !!! (S/H extra..)

Try this #2:

(queue slow sad music..)

:nopity:

For only 21 cents a day (amortized over one year) You can bring years of enjoyment to your hauling needs with this wonderful system. It's cheaper than buying 9 Dee Zee hooks and you have the advantage of adjustable positions. It works over spray in liners (but not drop in unless you do a lot of cutting). This quality system can be passed down over generations. Think of the pride your great-grandkids will feel knowing they are part of the frugal nature that you instilled upon them. A letter of appreciation and life history of the unit will be included as an added bonus.

Won't you please help..

After being enlightened on the current shipping rates being charged, I must withdraw the free shipping offer. I will still sell this for $75 + S/H

Reasons:

Given the low price I am asking for these, todays shipping rates would exceed my net to the point I would rather piece part out the mounting and tie down items and scrap the aluminum. I still say that this is a great and cheap way to get movable tie downs from the OEM system. If you have a toolbox the front rail isn't needed anyway and it does not affect the side mounting or usefulness at all.

I apologize to those that inquired about the system, but it was necessary evil...(damn gas prices)
