2008 tahoe remote climate control

when started with remote start rear defrost, heated mirrors, ect. all come on as they should, but the heat/defrost/ac whatever is set does not come on. can restart with key or remote and then 9 out of ten times it comes on as it should. been to the dealer three times as it this is under warranty and the problem started with 9000 miles and all they have done is replace the blower moter which i told them was asnine.any help would be appreaciated as the run around with my worthless local dealer WILLIAMS CHEVROLET intraverse city michigan only cares about selling kias.

Funny - my dealer sold Kias too ... and sounds like they had the same mechanical aptitude. They were shut down by GM, & promptly went out of business a couple years ago. So if your dealer sucks, make sure to tell GM that.
