Looking for advice on offset!!??

I recently bought a set of Gear Alloy Recoil 715's 20x9 with 275/60/20 nitto terra grapplers on them. I have a 2in Zone leveling kit. I live on a gravel road and taking the advice of the store I bought them from i bought a +30mm offset to keep them tucked under the fender. After reading some recent posts about offset i'm concerned i'm going to have an issue with rubbing? I haven't received the wheels and tires yet but am worried about fitment.....any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I also looked up the backspacing for stock wheels and they are around +31mm and i know some of you guys run this size tire on a stock rim. so that being said it would lead me to believe this set up would probably work with out issues?
