Electrical issue, power mirrors on GMT900 blowing fuse

I noticed the other day that my power mirrors were not working, no big deal as I discovered is was just a blown fuse. (2 amp)

So I replaced, tested my mirrors and it popped the fuse again. Tried two more fuses and same thing, seems to only blow when passenger mirror is selected.

Need some help troubleshooting.

Some more info...

pulled out the multimeter and connected to the exposed leads on the blown fuse. With the driver mirror selected, adjusting up/down/left/right shows from .15 to .30 amp draw. Switching to passenger mirror, left/right/up shows the same, but down goes off the meter (10 amp is max). Additionally, with the driver/passenger selector in the neutral setting (ie.. no adjustment to either mirror) I can hear the passenger motor trying to adjust the mirror when up or left is selected. Does this help diagnose any more? Could it just be the mirror adjustment module needs replacing?
