Cam recommendation

As the title suggests I am looking for a cam for my truck. One of the rollers on a lifter took out my cam and I need to replace it. This is the perfect oppurtnity to replace it with something that will still have the bottom end as I tow occasionally but give the truck more power. I was looking at a stock LS1 cam from an 01 F car, but wanted to make sure that it bolts in. Let me know what you guys have seen/tried and what works. Truck is a 06 sierra with the 5.3. Thanks.

Ive been very impressed with the LS6 cam you should look in to it.

How long have you used it for? Did you lose any low end power? I know the LS6 cam will make more power in the top end, but I dont want to lose the low end especially as I tow a bit and it is a truck.
