GMT-800 suspension height ?'s

So I'm curious if anyone knows the answer to a few questions. Primarily 03-06 trucks. I'm not sure if anything underneath changed when they did the little redesign in 03

 

Is the front suspension of a z83 4x2 and z83 or whatever base suspension 4x4 the same height? If not what's the difference?

 

Did the regular 4x4's have the same 2" rear block as the z71? Or is it no block or a smaller one?

 

Which 4x2 coil front had the largest sway bar? And what is the size of it and what is the size of mine. I have the z83 "solid smooth ride"

 

Is there a difference in front height of the standard 4x4 and the z71?

 

Did any suspension package on the trucks have a rear sway bar? If so which package and the size?
