2007 Avalanche Front rotor size and brake ?'s

I am going to be helping my dad replace his front brakes on his '07 Avalanche in the next few weeks. I see 3 different sizes for the front rotors. Rockauto is showing 330mm, 345mm and 13". 330mm is roughly 12.99" so there should really only be two options.

 

He has the RPO code JD9. Which size rotor does he need?

 

As for pads, he's had the original pads for a little over 106K. I have always used and liked Wagner pads and rotors but what about AC Delco? What are the differences between their Advantage and Durastop?

 

What about Bendix pads and rotors? Are they any good?

 

He doesn't need Hawk pads or any type of performance brakes. This is just a daily driver and he doesn't tow anything.

 

Edit: Are the pads Ceramic?

Does Wagner even make front pads for the JD9 option? After looking around some more it seems that Wagner only offers front brakes for the JF3 option (Vacuum brakes).
