08 sle an3 seat conversion

hi guys new to this form. i just converted my 08 sle to an3 heated memory seats and door panels.seats are from 09 gmc 2500 hd slt. after much work have seats working .memory works heat works but my rear windows will not work no interior light and power locks will not work from button but do work from keyless entry. the door computers and body computer have to be reprogrammed but my locale dealer isnt sure if it can be done anyone else done this?
