Tire Size???

Hi;

I have a 2007 NBS Silverado Z71 Extended cab and I'm wondering what the largest tire size is that will fit on the truck? It currently has 265/65-18's and is completly stock and no lift. I have a chance to buy some Michelin LTX LT275/65/18's and I need to know if they will fit wthout any rubbing. Also, are these a good tire??
