limpalong Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 The driver's side switch for the passenger power window is going bad. The window motor is fine, since the passenger side switch operates the window fine. On the driver's side, it's getting to where you have to push it two or three times to get it to go down. Once it goes down, it will return up easily. I believe it's the switch and want to replace it. What kind of a project is replacement of the switch only? edit... It's a 2008 Silverado, extended cab

Mikeb52r Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 If it is the switch, it should be a easy swape. The panel holding the switches should pull right up with your hand and then unplug from its harness.
