Silverado starting issue

I have a 2002 silverado 4.3 just replace fuel pump and my truck cranks runs good cut it off then try to crank it a few mins later it won't start and just keeps turning over then try's to crank but stalls then finally cranks and runs good do you think it could be vapor lock or what could it be!

Change the fuel filter and try it. If it doesn't fix it, check the codes. You might be looking at a new fuel pump.

Hope it's the fuel filter cause I just put a new fuel pump in it and ain't drove it hardly none but that be my luck!
