As the article, and several other sources state, action probably won't take place until after the election. Soooooo......does anyone see this issue affecting the outcome of the election? I have always thought Gore and the Democrats only fought the good fight for all appearances in Florida in 2000, knowing all the time the economy was headed for a tank, and were happy to lose it to Bush and the Reps. I mean, really, who wants that kind of blemish on their record? Does history repeat itself?
