07 install backup camera

I have a 07 gmc grewcab thats has the factory navigation with the dvd player and it also has the rear seat dvd entertainment sys i whould like to install a backup camera that goes on the tailgate. my ? is did my truck come with the pre wire harness under the bed of the truck for the backup camera i look and i did see a harness that was plug off on the frame rail next to the spare tire it looks to be a 2 or 3 wire plug how can i tell if this is it or not. if it not pre wire what will i need to get the backup camera working

  I have the exact same problem. No USB drive passes the "correctly formatted" alert, but they are all readable. Every once in a while the truck will build a directory structure onto the drive. Also I've been hearing that the Surround Video Record has been deploying to the Tahoe's and Suburban's, Why not the trucks?
