Painting frame?

Alright guys I've been working on getting the rust off this old frame of mine to paint it after the body lift goes on (gonna start it in the morning). Got it down to this so far:

Anyway my question is what should I use to paint it that will look good plus hold its own the longest?

Thank ya. I looked and its not to bad of a price. How many cans do you think it will take of each to do it right? I take it you have experiance with it?

I havent done my frame personally ( I will be doing it soon). I think two cans covered it all when by buddies did it. Don't hold me on that however
