need insight on wiring

I have a 2014 silverado, i know they just came out, ( an im on wrong forum, but this part of the truck is not much dif from the previous gen)

 

i want to put my back rack on with my light bar, how ever i dont wanna drill a hole in my new truck,

 

im just looking for any-one who knows a way to by-pass that and run the wires clean.
