Does anyone have an OEM hard tonneau cover? Manufacturer Part No: 22834743

I am able to get a fairly good deal from my dealer, much cheaper than the bakflips, but the stock pics don't show much, so I would like to see some close up pics, internal and external, if anyone has one. Thanks

I've got one, will shoot some pics in the A.m. If someone doesn't beat me to it.

I took some pics this morning, a little on the dark side but hope this helps.

Cover latch, there are four of these, 2 toward the rear and 2 toward the front.

Thanks for the pics. I just traded in my 2005 Avalanche and am looking for a hard cover as close to that of an Avalanche as possible. It really was a perfect top for me.

I have a few questions if you don't mind:

Have you been able to verify how weatherproof it is?

Can the cover be completely removed, off the truck, by one person?

When folded, does it block the rear window, like a bakflip does?

Are you happy with it or would you rather have a different cover?

Thank You.

I've taken it thru a car wash and thru some torrential rain. Never noticed water.

No- it lays flat and buckles down on the last tri fold. In order to have full bed open, it has to be removed. Not hard and can be done with one person but 2 is better.

Since I also had an Avalanche. That being said, my expectations may have been construed. I personally wish that an aftermarket company would step and design an AV like hard cover. This cover is sufficient, but it's not an AV cover.

Can you tell me if the cover locks when closed? I ordered the hard cover but I am debating on canceling that option and getting a Retrax instead.

The cover cannot be opened from the outside when it is latched closed. It can be unlatched with the tailgate down but I have a locking tailgate so it is a nonissue for me. You can hang locks on the latches at the front of the bed to help prevent someone from stealing it when open. I have no complaints with the cover. I got the extra cost convertible (fabric) cover material for looks.

I garage the truck when not in use so I can't say for sure how well it stands up to outside parking.

Thanks for the help Wau. From your experience, I think I'm just going with a roll up tonneau then. I need it totally removed about 50% of the time to haul a dirt bike. Have a good evening.

Are those factory wheels? Sorry, I can't tell if there are spaces in between the spokes. They look good. Can you post a brighter pic, please?
