Rear door locks intermittent 2004 Silverado

The rear door locks work about 25% of the time. Either using the remote or pushing the lock button up front. It unlocks every time.

Have swapped relays around and it does not change the behavior.

Any ideas?

Since It happens with the door switches too, It must be something going on in the electronics.

So many reports of the same problem, but never any solutions. Just question marks! Bringing this up to the top, hoping the OP will come back and say what was done to fix it, if anything.
