So any 2003-2007c with a 4.8, 5.3 or 6.0 this applies to. Double check your year and model to confirm. These are the only years I'm positive this works for.

Is this for to change your gen 3 to the 6 cyl Trailblazer filter? I do that with my M1 filters

I'm not sure, I just know that if your vehicle calls for a K&N HP-1007 you can use a HP-2006 instead with more filtration media for the same price and no clearance issues.

Just looked. So for all you Gen 3 4.8/5.3/6.0 guys like Aaron and myself, you can use the 2006(my search) 4.2L Trailblazer oil filter and get this result. Just a little more filter media.
