Phone only partially syncing suddenly

I'm not sure if this is an iPhone problem or an intellilink problem.

 

I have several hundred contacts in several groups on my iPhone. Only about 20 show up on my contact list. The ones that show are mostly in one group, but there are a couple of others that show that are not in the same group.

 

I tried disassociating the phone and setting it up again, but no luck.

 

Last week I had all of my contacts visible and nothing else changed.

 

Any ideas?

Is it an iPhone 5? I've heard there are some compatibility issues.
