2003 envoy has a complete cluster failure that has turned into a random to no start at all issue.

Went to start car dead .....very low volt reading w/multi meter ....thought 6yr. old batt. needs

to be replaced, installed 770 cca batt.ran fine. Next day...no-start w/ click at starter... Checked volts

12.53. Thought (after reading some posts about the cluster may drain batt.) I pulled the #24 ins./ dic

fuse.late cold check in the am. Next day 12.55 volts ...door open interior lites on.. key in no pause

turn quick to start......It starts.....Wife goes to work,I tell her shut day time running lites off to save juice

She run errands and has 5-6 starts with no problems. Returns home at evening with lites on and heater on and says the green lite next to the RED on star button turns to red then back to green

then to red back to green. And shuts the car off before I could look at it. Next day..12.55 volts

checked every Hr. for four Hrs. 12.55V each time Still no-start w/ click! Found used starter

35.00 came home....CK'D volts 12.55V interior lites bright,..door open key in quick turn to start

It starts Sorry about the long post (want to state all facts)...Question is will running the '03 Envoy

/trailblazer with a dead cluster/#24 fuse pulled cause these crazy no start issues????

I can't afford to fix the yet. Any help Dave
