Will 35/12.50 fit on a 94 gmc sierra with 3 in bl and leveling keys? And i have offset rims that will stick them out 3-4 in from fender?

Stock wheels, yes. Close to stock offset wheels, maybe with some trimming. Highly doubt the wheels you are talking about are gonna work though...

They are 15s but will stick out 3-4 in from fender

Maybe with some trimming. Best thing to do would be to find a shop that will let you test fit them first
