2014 2500 HD backseat and mileage

Is there any modification kit available to have the rear seat in my crew cab fold down so I can put something behind it?

Any programmer's recommended to increase mileage on the 6.0 gas a few MPG would help

I don't think so since the back seat is attached to the back of the cab. Mine does not have anything attaching the seat bottom (it is attached to seat back but does not have anything attaching to floor or otherwise. If the back was unattached to allow it to fold down, then nothing would be holding the back seat in at all...

The old GM trucks in the 90's had rear seats that folded up or down. That great design died with the 1999 models and were not seen again. The dealer told me it was a rear firewall requirement by the NHTSA, but I've never really checked the story out.
