I agree! I'm just not a fan of Goodyear tires, but love the deullers...just not sure about putting an older wheel on a new truck

To weigh in again, I am against putting a set factory wheels on a different generation truck. I know it sounds

silly even if they bolt up but I ain't a fan of that. The 900 Z71 wheel looks good but the '14 is one of the best

looking Silverado wheels ever made.

I think factory wheels on different generations is the best way to go...forwards, that is. For example, '06 wheels look awesome on a '96. It doesn't work backwards though..older wheels on a newer truck just looks off.

You are correct, I forgot to specify that route. New wheels on old truck look good. And I agree with you that the 5 spoke 17'' Aluminum wheel looks good on the 400s.

On a 2014. What do you all think, good or bad?

MD Chevy, do you already have the wheels? I just sold the Z71 wheels I took off my truck to someone in MD. They said they were buying them for their son.

I don't agree. I recently replaced my Z71 wheels with a set of 20" take offs from a 2014 Sierra. I think they look great on my truck.

No I haven't bought any. I don't like going backwards as others have said. Guess I'll just wait until I find a deal on the 2014's or some aftermarket. Thanks for confirming what I already knew!
