M/T Classic II wheels? Any Pics on Truck?

I'm looking for pics of these wheels on a late model silverado. I'm looking to get the 16X8's with 4 7/16 backspacing and running 285's on them. Does anyone have this setup and will there be any clearance issues, rubbing. With this backspacing, will the wheels and tires be pushed outward and by how much? I never bought truck wheels before so I can use some help. I was also thinking of just running the 285's on my stock rims but I think the wear will be very uneven on the tires.
