3" Blocks and shocks?

Hey Guys,

 

Ok so I have my 3" blocks and now its time to think about different shocks. I do not want to buy shock extentions brackets and stick with OEM as I want to buy longer shocks. Anyone running longer shocks instead of the extensions? if so what are your running?

Bilstein 5100 is a great shock. What your truck specs? Like year make and model

 

Edit: I just read your other thread. Get bilstein 5100s, they are awesome and won't break the bank at around $108 a piece.

If I ended up going with a shock designed for a 4" lift, is there any issue with being a little long? It would only be 2 1/4" extra since the 3" block will give my 1 3/4". Was looking at the Rancho RS5000 or the 7000
