I have a 2002 sierra, the auto door lock fuse blows even when trying to put one in with the ignition off, door locks don't work at all without it

You obviously have a shorted wire somewhere. Check the boots where the wiring runs from the cab to the door itself.

 

The 20A DR LOCK fuse the one that's blowing?
