Mark on the window

So I have some mud on my truck so i didn't think of this mark as anything but just something that needed to be washed. I remember seeing it when I picked the truck up. I was washing my window and noticed its not from the inside and I don't "feel" it from the outside when i press my finger to it. I tried to wash it with window washing fluid and even tried an eraser to see if something happened. Nothing changed. It almost looks like its inside the window.

Time to use my warranty and replace it or how do I clean it?

If your close, take it in. Let them try to clean it, if they cant let them change it lol.

If that is laminated glass, it could very well be on the innerliner between the sheets of glass. If it is, the only fix is a replacement.

I dropped it off to the dealership to take a look at and they claimed to have cleaned it but when I picked it up. It was still there and in fact there was 2 more streaks / marks. I dont know what they fixed then but they will hear from me today about this.

I am pretty sure the marks are caused by the windshield wipers. They have to be the cause of it because of the pattern and when the new ones appeared. I still can't clean them off.

Does the windshield have some time of film? I dont want to take a razor to test it and I really dont want to go back to the dealership. I hate there parking lot like there is no tomorrow.
