gmc sierra denali

Been looking around at used gmc sierra denalis. Found at 2008 with 60k on it for $28,000. Does this seem high? Also, does the 6.2 vortec get significantly less mpg than the 5.3? Any other info about these trucks would be helpful. Also I noticed that they must come from the factory with navigation - anybody ever install this navigation in the regular sierra? About how much does that cost? Thanks.

I paid 26 for my 2010 5.3 SLE with the 5.3 so 28 for a Denali isn't out of line
