07 1500 trans not shifting to OD until 60

Hi guys. I have had a Superchips tune on my truck for years. Just recently I noticed it will not shift into overdrive until I hit 60MPH on the button.

 

When I return the tune back to stock it shifts normal at 45 mph or so.

 

When I just have the tune in stock mode and adjust for tire size, it still shifts at 60 mph.

 

 

Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.

I do get an intermittent TPS engine code.

 

I realize I may not be able to fix this myself but was looking for anyone who may have had a similar issue.
