Steering wheel vibrates 2014 silverado

Just bought a new 4x4 crew cab LT and noticed that the steering wheel vibrates at times. Never noticed on test drive. The vibration even happens on smooth roads then will suddenly go away so I assume it's not the tires. I can't feel the vibration in my seat or any other part of the truck, just the steering wheel. I paid big bucks for this truck so I'm really regretting this purchase so far. I'm gonna take it to the dealer to have the service dept look at it but I don't expect a resolution because it is intermittent. Has anyone heard of this on the 2014s?
