Whats the drivetrain loss from crank to wheel? I was told at dyno 25-30%...

I dynoed @ 354hp and 402 tq, only thing i changed was pulley (3.6-3.0)....was running hot during dyno

They told me im now pushing 505 @ crank??? That seems like a huge rob in power to wheel

I doubt it is 505 at the crank. With a semi stock 6.0 I put 325 to the wheels.

The pulley itself was supost to do 105+hp add 6psi from original stock (254) is a lil low for joe gibbs

Whats your hp at crank?

Stock crank HP for my engine is 345 and 385 ft lbs. My wheel HP on a dyno is 325. changing a pulley and adding 1-2 psi will not gail 105 HP.
