Front Bumber - easy replacement?

One of my employees backed into my truck on Friday and dented the front bumper.

 

Looking online I can get an OEM bumper for about $500.

 

Is it an easy swap? Trying to save her money and do it myself but if it is a pain in the @$$ I will take it to a shop and let her pay the bill.

It does involve removing the front engine bay cover, the grille, the valance and then the bumper. It's only 4 bolts to remove the bumper though. The first time requires a good amount of force to break the bolts loose. I've taken my bumper on and off 4 times now, so it's a piece of cake for me.

I had somebody back into my truck, but it only damaged the plastic bumper cover, not the actual bumper itself. Good luck!
