:bs::help::help::help: my wife decided we are buying a 5th wheel trailer......we now have a 32 ft travel trailer that it tows easily..my ? is....how heavy a 5th wheel can we tow?....we have a 2008 6.0 2500 hd 3;73 gears extended bed.......thanx for any help !!

Depends on cab and box configuration a little. You said extended bed, but maybe meant extended cab? Assuming that and 4WD and regular box, 9900 lbs.

 

If those aren't you're configurations, they are all there in the chart. There is no differentiation in 5th wheel and pull behind in the ratings as there is in the 1500's, but there is a note:

(d) Fifth-wheel or gooseneck kingpin weight should be 15 percent to 25 percent of trailer weight up to 3,000 lbs
(1 361 kg) maximum.
