Key help

I recently purchased a used 01 Silverado 1500 Z71 Ext. Cab.  When given the keys I received an extra key smaller than the ignition, door, etc key.  The key is double sided, smaller than the main key, and has a black top with the letters "FIC" on it.  I cannot figure out what it fits.  The main   key fits every lock I can find except the center console.  (BTW this key doesn't work on it).  Anybody have any clues?  The dealer said he had a Silverado and the key fits the glovebox, but I can't see a lock on the glovebox.   Thanks for any help.

The center console key is single sided and has CONSOLE stamped on it.

 

Spare Tire Lock?

 

Tailgate lock?

 

Fuel cap?

 

Receiver Lock?

 

And/or whatever the key went to is no longer on the truck.

I think whoever sold you the truck accidently gave you the key.  I have a small double sided, black top, "FIC" key too but it fits the side door to my 2003 Haulmark trailer.  BTW...hopefully that wasnt there only key because when I bought the trailer the dealer said if you lose the key they cannot get another one, they have to change the lock.

I also have a key that says FIC, it fits my 2002 travel trailer, so more and likely it was just left on your key ring when someone traded it in.

The pic you posted is of "the key"  So that is a travel trailer key?   Okay, thanks

My key just goes to the side door of a regular old cargo trailer.
